Why #ComicBook Lovers should be reading Alterna Comics

If you're already a comic book lover, or if you're just interested in checking out the medium... Alterna Comics is a MUST HAVE publisher for your collection. The Video below, is a First Impressions style Review of my first Alterna Order: As you can see, the quality of these newsprint comics is top-notch. Personally, I get irritated from time to time withe the glare that the glossier pages can occasionally create. Newsprint gets rid of that glare. Of course, a lack of glare isn't the only reason that I enjoy Newsprint comics from Alterna. The price point is pretty amazing as well. We're talking under $5 for just about any book they publish. Many floppies are available for $1-$2 a piece. Compare that to the nearly $8 per floppy print that you find from Marvel or DC publishers and it's easy to see why so many people are choosing to make their switch over to Alterna. We're not talking about some sub-par writing and art as a trade-off either. Alterna offers a pretty wide variety of comic book genres and styles. All of these titles are incredibly well-written and the artistry on every page is truly something worth staring at. The owner and founder of Alterna Comics, Peter Simeti, is honestly the nicest person in the entirety of the Comic Book Industry. If you have a question about a book, are looking for a recommendation, want to know which books are kid-friendly, or just want to express your thoughts on a book - Peter is there to listen and respond.
