I started a #Podcast!

Updated: Jul 1, 2020

Hey everyone! I know it's been a while since I directly posted an update here on my website blog thing about what's going on and I thought this would be a good excuse to do so! I've been working on a bunch of different things as well as dealing with some stuff to try to resolve some mistakes I've made along the way. I figure it would be better for me to tippity-tap it out on my keyboard at light-speed rather than trying to record and edit myself. I tend to stumble over myself when I'm speaking or thinking and I'm trying to avoid that. I'm sure you may have noticed unless it's your first time here, that I've been making lots of changes to this website. Well, that's because I have a lot of content ideas in my head that I'm working really hard to push into a reality for you guys! I've got webcomics, videos, tutorials, music, gifs, downloadables, uploadable, and all sorts of chaos happening in the coming months! Some will be behind a paywall, others will just require you to have a free account. Whatever route you go, I'm doing my best to make sure you're not disappointed with my efforts. But, that's not what I'm really here to talk about!

I started a Podcast!

I've sort of wanted to do something like this for a long time, and even though I still really enjoy my live-streaming and making videos, a Podcast is LOADS easier to produce. At least, for me it is. Not to mention, it's good for me to keep up with regular recording sessions now that I'm also doing voice acting and narration work.

The podcast is called "Get Lost with Leanore". A callback to the name of my original website/blog/presence online from well over a decade at this point. It seemed highly appropriate for the nature of the podcast. After all, the idea is for people to get "lost" in the content and enjoy themselves, right?

Populated to Multiple Platforms!

The Podcast is hosted on Anchor.fm, but one of the key perks of their platform is that they automatically populate places like Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts, DownCast and more. They also allow listeners to support the podcast directly on the hosted platform, which will be great if people ever decide they wanna do something like that.

I've made it 3 episodes in, so far, and I'm looking forward to expanding and growing the show! You can check out all the episodes on the Podcast part of the website, or check out the latest episode below!
